Join us on Halloween - Friday 31st October, 6pm until 9pm to help raise awareness and money for mental health support.

This event is in combination with 'Together We Lift Events' to raise money for their mental health charity (more info here - http://bit.ly/4ocFPhs )

On the night, there will be 3 seperate deadlift platforms set up and a round robin style lift off - the goal? for everyone to walk away with a PB, being fueled by the crowd!
One platform will be the tandem axle deadlift - buddy up to hit the weight!

Fancy dress is optional, however there will be prizes for the best male and female costumes!

We will look to order pizza in. We might get drinks in (of the over 18s variety) too!!

Tickets are £10.50 - £10 will go to charity (50p is to cover the banking costs)
