THIS IS AN ENTRY TICKET FOR WOMENS MASTERS 50+!
Imperial Bodies Events presents:
APRIL FIRST TIMERS STRONGMAN/WOMAN COMP!

This competition is for anyone who has never competed in a strongman comp before and wants to test their strength against others of a similar level!

Held across 5 different events:
- Deadlift for reps
- Floor to overhead medley
- Sandbag floor to shoulder medley
- Grip test - duck walk hold
- 15m Yoke carry

Categories are split between:
Mens - under 90kg, over 90kg and Masters (50+)
Womens - under 70kg, over 70kg and Masers (50+)

This is a fun event with lots of support, guidnce and encouragment from other athetes and coaches alike!

Trophies will be awarded to first place winners of each weight category at the end of the competition.
